Your files never leave your device. All SmartExcel tools run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. We do not upload, store, transmit, or access any file you process on SmartExcel.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

• ❌ Your CSV, Excel, or JSON files
• ❌ File contents, names, or metadata
• ❌ Personal identification information
• ❌ Email addresses (unless you contact us voluntarily)

3. Data We DO Collect (Minimal)

• Local Storage: Your theme preference (light/dark) is saved locally in your browser. Never sent to us.
• Anonymous Analytics: We may use privacy-respecting analytics (page views, country). No personal data.
• Advertising: SmartExcel displays ads via Adsterra to keep the service free. Adsterra may use cookies for ad personalization — see their privacy policy.

4. Third-Party Services

We use:

• SheetJS (cdnjs.cloudflare.com) — spreadsheet engine, loaded once
• Adsterra — advertising network
• Cloudflare — CDN and DDoS protection

5. Your Rights

You can clear localStorage at any time. You can use ad blockers. You can use SmartExcel offline after first load.
